Jerry, look up and do Deer exercises. I stopped masturbating daily couple of months ago and now met a girl and I?m having regular awesome sex after an almost two-year drought. Day 4 update.
So far I am on on Day 4 and it?s going really well. I am not edging, no porn etc compared to last time.
I feel a lot better especially emotionally. I am looking for opportunities to talk with women and the motivation is definitely there. I am getting a better response from women and people in general. Looking forward to getting past Day 11 (previous record) and seeing the results.
I think it?s so much better not to edge etc. Better to channel the energy towards interactions with real women. I?ll keep my results posted ?
