Jerry, look up and do Deer exercises. I stopped masturbating daily couple of months ago and now met a girl and I’m having regular awesome sex after an almost two-year drought. When I was a chronic masterbator, I wouldn’t have looked at this girl twice (she’s ok, but not my type), now I can’t wait to see her on the weekends and fuck her brains out. Day 4 update.

 

So far I am on on Day 4 and it’s going really well. I am not edging, no porn etc compared to last time.

 

I feel a lot better especially emotionally. I am looking for opportunities to talk with women and the motivation is definitely there. I am getting a better response from women and people in general. Looking forward to getting past Day 11 (previous record) and seeing the results.

 

I think it’s so much better not to edge etc. Better to channel the energy towards interactions with real women. I’ll keep my results posted …
