Along with my family, friends, and our little puppy, I recently went to the British Airways IST Terminal . We had an amazing time! The terminal was open, well-kept, easy for travel. The staff was really friendly, and there were informative signs everywhere. They assisted us with our inquiries and smiles. Our dog also seemed secure and at ease. The changing rooms were clean, and there were pleasant places to sit and relax. Everyone, including sensitive eaters, found delicious meals! The security and check-in procedures went smoothly. Everything happened quickly and efficiently. Nothing required us to wait for very long. I will take another flight with British Airways because I was quite pleased with the service. Fantastic experience for everyone. I highly recommend British Airways to everyone who is planning any trip.
