I had a complex itinerary with several legs, and their crew patiently assisted me in sorting all of it out, from layovers to seating. I did not feel rushed or pressured, which is unheard of in travel agencies. They were knowledgeable and actually very friendly, making it stress-free and even enjoyable. The office was tidy, well-arranged, and in the middle of town, making everything that much simpler. Turkish Airlines consistently provides an excellent in-flight experience, but it's great to see that same attention to detail applied at their office as well.
