I am delighted to share the overwhelmingly positive experience my mother had with the Delta Airlines Manhattan Office. What stood out most was their genuine empathy and understanding. My mother, who is not very tech-savvy, greatly appreciated the in-person support that the Delta Airlines Office in Manhattan provided. They took the time to guide her through the Delta mobile app and explained how to check flight statuses and gate information easily on her phone for future travels.
