Hello there, I wanted to express my enjoyment of my Japan Airlines BOS Terminal flight. It made a significant difference that the terminal itself was clean and quiet. The security process was swift and the check-in went smoothly. The JAL staff's professionalism and kindness throughout were greatly appreciated. In order to unwind before my journey, I located a comfortable place to sit and charge my phone. It was all on schedule, and the boarding announcements were clear. The dining selections should be improved, but that is a small complaint. All in all, a very good experience. I will gladly fly with Japan Airlines once more from Terminal.
