Hello, I just went through Charles de Gaulle Airport Paris France and found the experience to be pretty smooth. Signage was good, and workers were friendly in spite of the crowded atmosphere. Security was speedy, and there were plenty of eating places to hang around while waiting for a flight. The terminals are large and contemporary, particularly Terminal 2. It's certainly one of the better-stocked European airports I've had the chance to use. Although it can get crowded, especially during peak times, it still feels organized. I’d recommend arriving early just to navigate at a relaxed pace. All in all, a solid international hub with great connections.
