Hello! I know security lines are a nightmare at a busy airport like United Airlines ORD Terminal but I must say credit where credit is due. The TSA checkpoint at United Airlines was efficiently organized, and with a little wait time, everything went quite well. We were bracing ourselves for a long line, but the several lanes kept the momentum going. The personnel were professional, and although security never is a pleasure, it was not as much of a strain as I expected. It certainly made a difference that personnel were patient and provided clear guidance, making it easier for families like ours.
