Hi, Traveling in the Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal was enjoyable. Having gone through security in Terminal B, I had a lot of time to enjoy amenities in the terminal before my Denver flight. I picked up a hot coffee at Peet's Coffee and found plenty of room to sit by my gate with charging stations. The bathrooms were clean, and the complimentary Wi-Fi functioned perfectly. Boarding was simple to navigate with Southwest's group system, and the gate attendants were courteous and explicit in instructions. Most impressive was how neat and organized Terminal B is — no walking down a gauntlet or getting lost amidst confusing signs, just a straight shot from security to the gates. Southwest's crew made boarding a breeze, and the laid-back environment made me feel at ease before my flight. If you’re looking for convenience, comfort, and helpful service, the Southwest Airlines checks every box.
