At boarding time, Lufthansa gave priority to us so that we could settle in without feeling hurried. The staff at the gate were also friendly, making sure our family seats were allocated correctly. Even on the plane, the flight attendants were particularly nice to the children, offering snacks and water without even needing to be asked. For a family, that added care is worth worlds.
