The United Airlines ORD Terminal at O'Hare surpassed my expectations in its lounge and restaurant options. I was able to access the United Club lounge, which was commodious, tidy, and well-served with snacks, drinks, and quick Wi-Fi — the ideal place to relax before a flight. For eating, Tortas Frontera shone. Their made-fresh-on-the-spot sandwiches and sunny flavors resulted in a first-rate meal far better than typical airport cuisine. Even the fast food places such as Starbucks and Garrett Popcorn were convenient and abundant. I appreciated how all the restaurants to shopping stores were within easy reach without having to walk very far across the terminal. The mix of high-end and casual eating makes the terminal attractive to the business traveler as well as the vacationer. Added to friendly personnel and a clean, contemporary look, this terminal made my pre-flight experience truly enjoyable. I will most definitely give it priority for future United flights.
