British Airways at Orlando Airport were smooth and comfortable from beginning to end, especially because their operations are housed in Terminal C, the airport's newest and most advanced building. When I first arrived, the airport seemed well-maintained, roomy, and orderly, with obvious signage directing me to the British Airways check-in desks. The personnel was courteous and competent, and the process was quick and easy, especially for anyone who needed help or had checked bags. The security lines ran swiftly, and after passing through, I was in a spacious, light-filled concourse with many of places to eat, places to sit with charging connections, and space to unwind before boarding. For those flying in Premium Economy or Business Class, or with Executive Club status, access to the Plaza Premium Lounge added a nice touch, offering drinks, snacks, and a quieter environment to unwind. Boarding for the flight was well organized by group, and once on board the wide-body aircraft, the cabin felt fresh and well-maintained. I flew in Premium Economy, which gave me extra legroom and a noticeably more comfortable seat than in standard Economy. The in-flight entertainment system was responsive and had a wide selection of movies and TV shows, and the food was served promptly, with both dinner and a light breakfast included. Flight attendants were attentive and courteous, checking in regularly and making the long-haul journey more enjoyable. We departed on time and landed smoothly, with my luggage arriving quickly at baggage claim. Overall, British Airways delivered a reliable and pleasant international flight experience out of Orlando. Terminal C itself added to the experience with its modern design and amenities, making the airport process less stressful. I would definitely recommend British Airways to anyone flying internationally from Orlando.
