I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the United Airlines IAD Terminal on my last trip. Everything was neatly organized and convenient for travelers as soon as I arrived. The check-in went smoothly, and courteous staff kept things moving in a timely fashion. Security queues were quick-moving, and ample signage directed travelers. The terminal itself is huge, clean, and has a wonderful variety of restaurants and stores. I also liked unwinding at the United Club, which offered good amenities and comfortable seating. In summary, the United Airlines ensured my trip was relaxing and enjoyable.
