To purchase our vacation tickets, my mom and I went to the Singapore Airlines Sydney Office . The personnel made us feel welcome and smiled as they greeted us. They assisted us in determining the best flight timings after listening to our demands. They also assisted us in selecting our trip's meals. The personnel communicated clearly and slowly, even if my parents don't speak English very well. That was really beneficial. We were quite happy that everything went without a hitch.
