When I recently visited the Lufthansa Airlines Atlanta Office I was pleasantly astonished by the outstanding treatment I received. The staff made me feel at home and professional as soon as I walked into the office. My complicated travel issue needed to be handled quickly, and the staff did just that. They offered me alternative options that best met my travel requirements in addition to being informed, effective, and diligent in their efforts to address the issue. Because the office was tidy, well-organised, and welcoming, I felt comfortable discussing my travel-related worries there. The process went quite well because of the well-marked service locations and obvious signage, which was particularly helpful, in my opinion.
