Everything was taken care of promptly and effectively when I wanted to change my reservation and ask about baggage allowances. Before I left, the representative made sure I was entirely satisfied by taking the time to thoroughly explain all of my alternatives. The entire visit was stress-free because of the friendly and well-organized office environment.
