My interaction with KLM Airlines FLR Terminal was easy and hassle-free. The check-in process was smooth and quick thanks to the helpful personnel. Despite its small size, the terminal was well-organized and simple to use, and security checks were completed quickly. Although there weren't many options for dining or shopping, there were enough services to cover a little wait. The charging stations were placed in handy locations, and the seating areas were tidy and cozy. The flight left on schedule, and the boarding process was well-organized. The whole experience was enjoyable because of the professionalism of the KLM employees. If I ever had to fly from Florence Airport again, I would definitely choose KLM.
