Hey, My experience at the Delta Airlines MAD Terminal in Madrid was fantastic. At every turn, the personnel was polite, professional, and eager to help. Due to the efficient staffing of the check-in desks, wait times were reduced. I had a small baggage problem, but the Delta staff took care of it quickly and expertly. The lounge access was a fantastic benefit, providing refreshments and cozy seats. I had no trouble finding whatever I required thanks to the terminal's layout. At Delta's Madrid terminal, the level of service really exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, I'll pick Delta once more for my next trip.
