The UWD-150 is a large capacity smoker that reaches a maximum temperature of 120 degrees. With this smoker you can smoke up to 20 kg of meat, fish, poultry or vegetables. The advantage of the UWD-150 smoker is that the temperature of the smoker is visible on the control panel on the side of the oven.

 

The digital unit has an advanced system and automatically adjusts the temperature. We call it the digital controller SIMPLE because it is very easy to use. You just set the temperature with the knob and press the button to confirm your choice, that's it. The rest is done by the controller and the temperature algorithm.

 

The housing is made of aluzinc plates, resistant to adverse weather conditions. The polyurethane foam provides good insulation of the smoker and guarantees the correct smoke temperature. The temperature is controlled by a 1515 W heating element, which is monitored by a digital thermostat.
