I visited the Brussels Airlines London Office when I was unsure about my travel dates. The woman there was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted me in changing my ticket without charging me more. She streamlined and expedited the procedure. They were respectful and took their time with me, which I appreciated. Knowing that someone was smiling and willing to assist was a pleasant experience. I would return to this office if I ever needed assistance.
