I went to the Honolulu office of Scoot Airlines to inquire about switching to an aisle seat for a lengthy flight.  In addition to solving my problem, they didn't impose any additional costs, which was something I had anticipated.  The woman I spoke with was incredibly kind and upbeat.  She even inquired about my flight schedule and offered me advice on how to get about Changi Airport.  In my opinion, that goes above and above.  Her real concern was evident to me.  These days, it's uncommon to encounter airline employees that genuinely want to assist rather than merely following procedures.  Finding the place was simple, and I didn't have to wait long.
