Hello there! I recently had a wonderful experience flying Aeromexico Airlines DFW Terminal. The terminal was straightforward to get around and wasn't too crazy, which was greatly appreciated because my elderly mother was traveling with me. The people at the Aeromexico desk were also extremely nice and patient—they even assisted us with our boarding passes when the kiosk was being uncooperative. Security was fairly quick and efficient. After entering, we had ample time to grab seats by the gate, and I enjoyed that they had charging areas. There was also a very good selection of food, which was helpful as we did have a wait. The gate crew were concise in directions and absolutely polite, even when some travelers got seat mix-up. It's those extra touches of politeness that can make travel nicer. Owing to Aeromexico and, what would otherwise have been a stressful day ended up being a nice experience.
