When he got back the entire company had spent those two days buzzing about him interviewing with other companies, looking for more money. THE WHOLE FUCKING COMPANY. His bosses, his underlings…wierd right.

 

BUT, come to find out the reason they were buzzing is because he is so important and so good at what he does they are scared to death they will lose him. I submit that your company is the same. You are good and they know they should be paying you more and think you are shopping jobs.

 

Ask for a raise.

OH! i should add, a couple months ago, this buzzing was occuring as well and he did strike while the fire was hot and he is the first employee in this company’s history to bonus and get a a two digit percentage raise mid year…

Recently turning 27 has been amazing. I’m at that magical age where “allegedly” I’m mature enough to date older (ha ha ha ha) but not to old to date younger women like college girls and preschoolers (wait, what?). But for serious though. Ever since graduating college, I’ve had my fair share of dating up/ older. A lot has been said about older women vs their younger counterparts. Here’s a different angle that I’ve been thinking about as of late.

 

Now let’s say women are like a company’s stock. Anyone who follows the market or took econ 1 0 fucking 1 knows that you want to buy low and sell high. Especially when you’re a normal person and have limited funds. You want find that stock that belongs to a company that has unlimited potential an up and coming google booty, a young youtube honey, a myspace mistress. A girl right out of college or new to DC is such “a company”. An undercover blue chip.
