The customer service at the Vietnam Airlines Melbourne Office impressed me. I had entered my name incorrectly when I made the reservation. The team was fantastic, even though I thought fixing it would be difficult. They handled it promptly and without making me feel guilty. They were composed and quite professional. I appreciated how attentively they listened and provided a concise solution. I didn't think an airline office would provide such excellent service. I was grateful and relieved when I left. The employees at this office did a fantastic job.
