My family visited the Singapore Airlines Bali Office to change our return tickets. We planned to stay longer in Bali and fly back a week later. The personnel were quite helpful and did not make us worry about the adjustment. They quickly confirmed the revised dates and made things simple. We didn't have to wait long, and everything was handled in a polite and competent way. The person behind the counter smiled and made us feel welcomed. It was a far better experience than attempting to contact customer service. We also received a printed copy of our revised flight information. I highly recommend visiting this office if you require assistance. It's quick, easy, and the staff is nice.
