Before my journey to Johannesburg, I recently stopped by the Emirates Airlines London Office to ask questions on luggage policy and seat selection. The front desk employees made sure I didn't have to wait long and were quite kind. They helped me select seats with more legroom, explained my Economy Class baggage allotment, and even signed me up for the Skywards program. The encounter was nice and efficient, which was a welcome surprise. All of this could have been done online, but I'm happy I visited in person because it offered me piece of mind and saved me time.
