I typically book all of my flights online, but this time I needed wheelchair assistance for my mom and had some specific meal orders.  I went to the EVA Air Stockholm Office because I wasn't sure how to handle it.  greatest choice ever.  They carefully considered each suggestion and ensured that it was included in our reservation.  They even printed everything out for us and double-checked all the details.  It felt good to know we were being looked after, especially since it’s a long-haul flight.  Great service.
