I was thrilled when I recently went to the KLM Airlines Berlin Office. The personnel was helpful, kind, and professional. The entire process was easy and stress-free because they answered all of my inquiries about baggage and airline changes. The waiting area was tidy, well-organized, and welcoming. I was pleased with how promptly and effectively my inquiries were answered. Overall, I had a good experience, and if I ever needed help with a KLM flight, I would highly suggest the Berlin office.
