My family and I recently  went to the Lufthansa Airlines Chicago Office to finalize our travel plans. Kind words and smiling faces welcomed us. Also, the staff was quite gentle with my parents, who are not particularly comfortable making travel arrangements, in addition to being professional. They thoroughly explained every step and verified all of our flight information. We even received assistance in selecting our seats and meals. They also provided us with advice on how to get through airport security and what to pack. I am glad we choose to visit the office instead of doing everything online. I would highly suggest stopping by the Chicago office. It really simplified and reduced the stress of our trip planning.
