I had to wait about 30 minutes before interacting with another person. The agent that advised me was both professional and knowledgeable. They listened calmly to my issues and worked to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, there was some back-and-forth on policy details, which caused some delays. Nonetheless, the person was courteous and eventually provided an appropriate response. The communication element of the experience should have been enhanced. It could have. been. It would be beneficial if wait times were explicitly mentioned. Furthermore, because many customers were standing while waiting, the business may need to add more seats. Overall, I had a positive experience with Frontier Airlines' New York office. While there were some minor issues, the staff was friendly and my matter was resolved in a reasonable amount of time. If you need assistance, I recommend going at off-peak hours to avoid long waits
