KLM Airlines' encounter at the DUR Terminal is a mixed bag reflecting both the airline's strengths and areas needing improvement. Welcome personnel greeted KLM Airlines DUR Terminal Arrival the check in procedure was rather easy. But particularly during rush hour, the terminal seemed a little tiny; hence, bargaining security and boarding was somewhat hard. Although more choices would help them, the amenities offered were sufficient with a few eateries and stores to pass the day. On the positive side, the boarding process was organized and the flight crew was friendly and capable, hence ensuring a good trip. Although KLM provides a decent journey from DUR Terminal, the overall experience could be much enhanced by better amenities and management of passenger traffic.
