All of our inquiries, including those about baggage regulations and aircraft reservations, were promptly addressed. The employees knew exactly what they were doing and were very competent. The entire experience was excellent, and we didn't have to wait long at all. Without a doubt, I'll use this office for any upcoming trip I needI highly recommend the Etihad Airways office in Bali to everyone who is planning any trip once visit here.
