One of the greatest TSA security experiences I've ever had was at the United Airlines JFK Terminal. Staff members were straightforward but professional, and lines moved swiftly. The checkpoint layout was simple to understand and there was no uncertainty. I was pleasantly impressed by how efficient everything felt, especially for a large airport like JFK. Despite Terminal 7's age, United's area was tidy and well-run. I had time to unwind before my flight because I got through security swiftly. It created a positive atmosphere for the remainder of the trip.
