The staff on board is attentive, friendly, and professional, making the travel experience very enjoyable. However, my experience with the New York office was not as smooth. When I contacted them by phone, I faced long wait times, and it took a while to get clear answers to my queries. Visiting the office in person was also time-consuming and felt inefficient. Despite these challenges, their mobile app chat was surprisingly quick and helpful. Within less than an hour, my issue was fully resolved, which made the process much easier. This shows that while their digital support is strong, the local office service could definitely be improved. Overall, Qatar Airways excels in air travel, offering comfort, reliability, and professional service. With some improvements in their New York office support, the overall experience would be seamless from booking to arrival. I would still highly recommend flying with them.
