My experience at the Western Air office near LAX was quite positive.  I wasn't sure where to start when it came to confirming my travel insurance coverage.  In addition to giving me helpful advise, the woman at the front desk typed up a useful list of travel documents I could require.  There is a friendly atmosphere throughout the office?no stuffy or businesslike vibes.  It's incredible how genuine conversation and a little compassion can reduce the stress of flying.  I departed feeling more assured about my journey and quite delighted by their assistance.
