I had greater satisfaction than I expected for a low-cost airline at the Frontier Airlines SFO Terminal. Early registration was available, and the staff was polite and competent. I was impressed by the boarding process's organization and straightforward communication. The terminal's amenities were spotless and simple to use. Before my flight, I had time to get a cup of coffee. At SFO, Frontier met my expectations for simplicity and timeliness. It caused me to reevaluate my opinions toward low-cost carriers.
