Before our vacation, my family and I went to the Sun Country Airlines San Juan Office , and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and provided thorough explanations. They handled our request to switch seats and add a bag without any issues. We received immediate support in an uncrowded office. Our entire vacation seemed less stressful as a result. Everyone was courteous and kind. I'm quite pleased with the service we received. I believe that more airlines need to handle their passengers in this manner. If we were to fly with them again, we would return to this office. Highly recommend the Sun Country Airline Office to everyone.
