After having trouble changing a reservation online, I stopped into the Qatar Airways office in Auckland.  I was pleasantly pleased because I had anticipated a lengthy wait and possibly some additional costs.  Everything was resolved in less than 30 minutes by the incredibly helpful personnel.  They also suggested an other date combination that worked better, saving me further expenses.  I valued their openness and the fact that they made no effort to upsell.  All they wanted to do was assist.  The actual office was quiet, tidy, and convenient.  Although I don't typically write reviews, this particular event caught my attention.  I don't frequently witness that kind of customer service from airlines.
