Hello! My family and I recently took off from the United Terminal Logan and we enjoyed a wonderful experience. From checking in to boarding, the entire process was hassle-free and went very smoothly. The personnel were polite and organized, and the whole process felt easy. The terminal itself was well-maintained and expansive, and we were able to get a cozy spot to unwind before our flight. There were ample food choices for our children, which kept them content. Security was efficient, and boarding was well-coordinated. We enjoyed the family-friendly environment. Overall, it was a wonderful beginning to our journey, and we would certainly fly through this terminal again!
