I went to the Virgin Atlantic Santiago Office to resolve some issues I was having with my online reservation. The personnel was incredibly kind and helpful. They helped me correct everything and took the time to explain what went wrong. Even though I asked a lot of questions, they were really understanding. The office is quiet and tidy, and it's at a decent location. Compared to waiting on the phone, it was far better. I sincerely appreciate their assistance and wouldn't think twice about returning.
