The entire experience of flying with my family on Aeromexico Airlines REX Terminal was amazing. Friendly staff made the check-in process easy, especially with children in tow, and it was quick and easy. There was plenty of seating and decent food options to keep everyone happy while we waited, and the terminal was tidy, roomy, and comfortable. Security was also well-organized. The flight crew was very courteous and helpful once we were on board, making sure we had everything we needed, including extra pillows and snacks. Boarding was quick. A stress-free trip was made possible by the smooth flight and cozy seats with plenty of legroom. It was genuinely evident that Aeroméxico values its customers and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a wonderful trip. For our upcoming family vacation, I would absolutely take another flight with them!
