The United Airlines JFK Terminal made traveling with children easier. Parents were given special consideration throughout the process, from the family-designated TSA line to the courteous gate staff. My toddler could stretch and play in the area beside our gate, and there were kid-friendly food selections at the food court. Even changing tables and sanitary facilities were provided in the restrooms. Pre-boarding was available to families, which allowed us to get settled in ahead of the crowd. Boarding was managed effectively. One employee even thoughtfully provided my son a bundle of coloring pages with the United logo on them. I was quite pleased with the terminal's accommodations for families on the road. The trip was much more pleasurable and less stressful as a result.
