Hello! I just flew Aeromexico Airlines LAX Terminal and to be honest, I was pleasantly surprised. Check-in at Terminal was a breeze, and the employees were friendly and efficient. I liked that they had English- and Spanish-speaking staff, which made it easier for my parents. Security was a bit slow, but once through, there were ample seats to sit, charge phones, and have a snack before boarding. The gate crew were courteous and made clear announcements, which helped keep everything flowing smoothly. Boarding was by group and surprisingly well-organized?no crazy crowds or rushing around. The flight itself was comfortable, and the flight attendants kept up the friendly atmosphere. It is a hectic airport, but Aeromexico made it work. If you're traveling to Mexico or further, I'd highly suggest giving them a try out of. The small gestures of kindness and planning truly made the difference. I'll fly with them again for certain!
