Their staff, man, was super helpful, polite, and attended to all my questions regarding the trip on schedule without any problem at all. The place was clean, totally organized, and welcomed me in. What really impressed them most was the efficiency on their part and willingness to do whatever it takes to help me get everything I needed for my trip. They very professionally represent high standards of Turkish Airlines. Left here feeling assured and taken care of. Definitely would recommend the LA office to anybody looking for any assistance.
