I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the experience we had with the Delta Airlines Jackson Hole Office truly deserves praise. My wife and I were flying back home with our two kids after a week in Grand Teton National Park, and from check-in to boarding, the Delta team was fantastic. Our youngest has a food allergy, and I had called ahead to request accommodations. Not only was our request remembered, but the staff at the Jackson Hole Office followed up at check-in and again at the gate to ensure our child’s needs were met. That level of attention meant a lot to us as parents. They also made check-in incredibly easy, helped us weigh and adjust luggage to avoid overage fees, and printed new boarding passes with zero hassle. The staff spoke directly to our kids, gave them wings pins, and made them feel like little VIPs. When we had questions about connecting flights in Salt Lake City, the office team patiently walked us through the layover plan and even printed a map of the terminal. Their friendly and informative approach removed a lot of the typical travel stress. All in all, this was one of our most pleasant airport experiences ever, thanks to Delta’s outstanding team in Jackson Hole.
