- Can you explain your point further? I have heard lots of women say “I go for guys that work with their hands”, but have yet to hear a bunch of women say “I go for guys that work with numbers”. Don’t you think “Blue collar” is a way sexier persona than “STEM” to women. Any male strippers in the house?

- I think the inordinate focus on STEM fields and the like isn’t helpful to the discussion, not just here but throughout the dating world sphere. In truth, only a small portion of guys works in these fields; there are far and away more guys working in the Trades than in the STEM fields. Yet the former gets all the ink, and the latter gets none, or if they don’t get anything, it’s usually in a derisive tone. It’s counter productive.

- O: Well, that sounds good, but that’s simply not the world in which we live. I am living proof of this. The simple fact of the matter is, that more and more Women can and will be attracted to guys outside of the “target demographic” you mention above. Whether you like it or not, what I said very much applies.

- Particularly since a lot of the attraction to physical dominance doesn’t even need not to be based on the actual. Sometimes the man is not outside the “target demographic”, but the woman thinks of him this way. Shit, motorcycles have had that affect on women for years.
- -
- Physical dominance is specific to a woman’s mind. Height seems to be universal. It might be big forearms for some, though. For others it may be ink or skin color. Anyone with a complete “game” would pay attention to all these.

- At a certain point we want the guy who is going to want to snuggle and take care of us. A week later we want that aggressive caveman complex.
- This is scientifically accurate. We want the cuddling most of the time, but to be dragged around by our hair during ovulation.

- It was mentioned earlier that the pickup scene tends to focus heavily on certain “styles” of Game, namely the jerk/asshole. There’s a very good reason for this – because it works.
