Check-in was quick and efficient with KLM Airlines JFK Terminal from the outset. There was an exclusive counter and friendly staff who ensured I had all that I required. Security was fast, and I proceeded directly to the Air France-KLM Lounge. The lounge was peaceful, elegant, and well-supplied with food, beverage, and charging outlets—ideal for unwinding before a long flight. Staff made sure everything was clean and duly replenished. Boarding was hassle-free and reserved for premium travellers. On board, the cabin crew greeted me nicely. The seat was comfortable and flat bed convertible easily. The gourmet meals and fine wine list enhanced the experience, and entertainment system was full to the brim. JFK Terminal 4 is busy, but KLM's Business Class service made it feel as though I was the only one being attended to. From lounge to landing, each step was one of quality and comfort. I was thoroughly impressed with the consistency and attentiveness of KLM's premium service, and I will definitely look to them again for any future international travel.
