Hello, Just took Southwest Airlines SJC Terminal and I have to say—what a surprisingly pleasant experience! From the time we landed to takeoff, everything was well organized. I loved the fact that the terminal wasn't too busy, and there was a lot of natural light, which just made it feel so welcoming. Southwest's crew were smiling and joking around, which actually made me relax prior to the flight. I grabbed a fast snack at Trader Vic's (yes, at the airport!) and took a quiet corner to sit and juice up my phone. Spick-and-span restrooms, quick TSA line, and good runway view from the gate area—it all amounted to a really great atmosphere. As a flyer who gets around three times annually, I must say that this terminal is way up there as far as being comfortable and easy to get through. Southwest are a great combination!
