During my recent journey regarding the  Icelandair Pet Policy I was quickly struck by the terminal's effectiveness and ease of use. The check-in procedure was fast and simple, featuring helpful staff available to support at each step. Security was also efficient, due to clear signs and well-structured lines that ensured a quick flow.

 

After passing through security, I found a variety of dining choices and stores. I had a coffee and a light snack from one of the cafes, which was ideal for boosting my energy before the flight. The gate area was tidy and relaxing, with plenty of seating and charging points. The boarding process was efficiently managed, guaranteeing an on-time departure. In general, a favorable experience!
