I thought the process was easy and well-structured when I arrived at the British Airways JFK Terminal. The clean and roomy Terminal 1 has obvious signs directing travelers to baggage claim and customs. The immigration lines moved steadily, and the staff was helpful. The British Airways visit area was calm and effective despite the usual bustle at JFK, which made my landing in New York significantly more pleasant. The bags came on time, and it was easy to locate them at the baggage scanner.
